We do our best to accurately estimate when items will ship from our facilities and when they will be delivered to their destination. Estimated shipping timeframes and shipping days are based on several factors, including your destination address, how quickly we can package the items for shipment.
We ship all our goods using Australian Post or International Express for overseas deliveries.
If you discover any defects, contact us immediately on anriseimports@gmail.com or call Oz-Shop on 07 5499 6888 to arrange a suitable replacement. We will replace any faulty products on receipt of the item(s).
